Eastcoast Homes & Park Cabins (EHPC) is a family owned and run business with over 20 years experience in the manufacture of Stylish and Innovative Park and Resort Cabins, 1-2 bedrooms cabins/homes, 3-4 bedroom homes, Relatives Accommodation and Commercial Buildings .

Eastcoast boast a host of skilled tradespeople that manufacture in full - new buildings in our factory at Currumbin on the Gold Coast - The home of Lifestyle, Innovation and Style.

Currumbin is perfectly positioned to transport the quality units up and down the Eastcoast which are then installed by our legendry team of guys who just ‘get the job done’ on site . This means what is normally a drama for you, our client, turns into an exciting EHPC experience.

With a large range of plans and a competitive pricelist , EHPC can assist you with everything from concept to completion. We are also experts in customizing units for your particular application.

Our Design team will work with you to create an individual style ‘to be proud of’ .We incorporate superior fixtures and fittings into our units while maintaining our competitive edge. We also have options for more up- market materials(ULTRA) and products available as well .

The Quality range of materials and products we have available are from some of Australia’s leading suppliers to the building Industry.

We respect the need for environmental considerations such as sustainable housing ,energy efficiency and the use of eco-friendly materials, this can all be incorporated into our products.

The units we manufacture are ‘Relocatable Homes’ or ‘Factory Manufactured Homes’, this means they are made in a controlled situation , in a factory . This has many benefits – notably the Quality and the lack of delays due to weather.
